David Tennent has played a key role in shaping BBC Scotland’s digital and social media presence, including launching BBC The Social and the Scotland BBC TV channel.

As co-founder of BBC Enigma, he has driven neuro-inclusion through initiatives like the ‘Neurodiversity Handbook’ and collaborations with Disney Pixar and Cambridge University.

Proudly dyslexic, David is committed to empowering neurodivergent employees and believes their thinking will shape the BBC’s future.
