Emma Walker Auticon Panel: Tech-Driven Healthcare and Education for All
Emma is the Scottish Regional Director for auticon, a global IT Consultancy and Social Enterprise employing talented autistic consultants. Emma has been leading and growing auticon’s presence in Scotland since auticon opened their office in Edinburgh in March 2019. Emma has experience of working with a wide variety of organisations, in roles including Human Resource Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management and IT consultancy. With qualifications in autism and coaching, Emma is well equipped to support a growing number of consultants, in addition to providing sound support and advice to clients. Emma has an autistic son, so has seen first-hand the challenges he faces in the job market as well as the skills and abilities he has to offer. She is passionate about supporting organisations to become more neuroinclusive and understanding the numerous benefits of a neurodiverse workforce.
