Terms

For one month or longer – payment in advance 1 month at a time 
For two months or longer – 1 month deposit plus payment in advance 1 month at a time 
For desk or office hire per day – to be paid in advance to secure space, cancellation available up to 48 hours in advance 
Agreement to keep office safe, secure and clean  
Confidentiality between businesses to be respected 
Notice of 1 month to be given for hire of over 1 month
