Simon Makin, a Software Engineering Team Leader at BBC World Service, is an advocate for inclusivity with over 20 years of experience in engineering, leadership, and coaching.

Passionate about neurodiversity, he plays a key role in the BBC's Enigma network and supports initiatives that promote neurodivergent inclusion in the workplace.

Simon will be joining David Tennent for a talk on how artificial intelligence intersects with neurodivergence, exploring both the opportunities and challenges these technologies present.
