Keynote Speaker and Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Consultant (NeuroEmpower CIC) Toni Horn is a renowned neurodiversity consultant and keynote speaker who has delivered impactful training and keynotes for over five years. She advocates for more inclusive workplaces and educational environments. After leaving her corporate leadership role and her role as Co-chair of the Neurodiversity ERG at Barclays Bank, Toni pursued her passion for empowering neurodivergent individuals and fostering greater understanding within organisations. Diagnosed with dyslexia at 17 and later with autism and ADHD in her 40s, Toni draws from both personal experience and research-proven strategies to guide her work. Her own journey of navigating the workplace as a neurodivergent individual fuels her dedication to supporting companies in creating environments where all employees can thrive.
