We partnered with Women’s Enterprise Scotland (WES) to design and deliver a digital roadmap for the launch of the Digital Women’s Business Centre. This initiative aimed to address the needs of women business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs by creating a user-centric digital platform. The project was delivered in phases, with Phase 1 focusing on foundational elements, including user research, branding, and a functional website.

User Research and Insights:
Conducted co-creative workshops, interviews, and social listening to identify user needs, pain points, and expectations. This research informed the design of user journeys, site architecture, and branding. Impact Mapping and Visioning: Facilitated sessions with WES stakeholders to align the platform’s goals with user needs and organisational objectives. Branding and Design: Delivered a comprehensive branding package, including visual assets and messaging, tailored to the target audience. Digital Roadmap: Created a phased roadmap based on funding assumptions and future growth opportunities. Phase 1 Delivery: Built and launched a fully functional website, incorporating user feedback and insights to ensure usability and accessibility. |
