Tech for Inclusion 2025 Conference

Tech for Inclusion 2025 took place in March in Glasgow—a full-day conference hosted by This is Milk to shine a light on technology that works for everyone.
The day was packed with inspiring talks, hands-on workshops, and meaningful conversations, all focused on making the digital world more inclusive. It wrapped up with a celebratory gala evening to recognize the people and ideas making a real difference.
The event brought together a brilliant mix of people—from tech experts and business leaders to diversity champions—all driven by the same goal: to build a fairer, more inclusive future through innovation.

"I got back home exhausted but filled with a renewed sense of belonging."

"It’s rare to find a space where the conversations are this honest and forward-thinking. This conference raised the bar."

This is Milk has beaten the odds—lasting over 10 years, winning awards for innovation, leadership, and communication, and securing investment as a female-founded company. Backed by the Scottish Government, we're part of the fewer than 7% of women-led businesses to win public sector contracts.

We’ve turned that success into a powerful 30-minute diagnostic focused on innovation, inclusion, and skills. You’ll get a focused conversation with our MD and a personalised report showing where to target your efforts to help your business grow and thrive.
