We designed a research strategy to understand the needs and views of a broad range of Education Scotland’s audiences, specifically landing on the views of educators as the dominant user type to be understood.
Over the course of several months we worked with every single employee, from the senior board to remote overseas workers to dig into the purpose and values of the business and give recommendations for how ResDiary can build a brand that the people can believe in and get behind.
