Interested in supporting or employing young people?
Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) bridges the gap between employers and education to help all young people find fulfilling careers. DYW works with employers, no matter their size or sector, to help them support the Young Person’s Guarantee (YPG). The Young Person’s Guarantee aims to connect every 16 to 24-year-old in Scotland to a positive opportunity. Signing up to the Young Person’s Guarantee allows employers to plan and structure their activities with young people, with support from DYW and their partners.
Across Scotland there are 20 employer led Regional DYW Groups and DYW School Coordinators working in many schools. To connect with DYW locally check out our their Regional Group links on their website.
