Branding, culture strategy, values definition and action plan.

Outcomes & Outputs

We evaluated the purpose & values created during the interactive workshop sessions. Key to this was understanding the signals and how they played a part in disseminating the new vision and strategy throughout the organisation. ​​

The project

ResDiary was looking for a branding analysis and values implementation, which would help direct brand development and drive forward a clear vision and strategy, into their next 5 years if growth.​​​

Our work

Over the course of several months we worked with every single employee, from the senior board to remote overseas workers to dig into the purpose and values of the business and give recommendations for how ResDiary can build a brand that the people can believe in and get behind. 
​
We conducted desk research to benchmark against competitors and similar organisations, gaining understanding of customer needs and views. ​
On-site workshops were conducted by a member of the team, to reach every single employee to dissect and discuss brand proposition, mission values and  methods to drive through the organisation.​ When in person was not possible, we conducted video calls with overseas employees and used facilitation tools to support in data gathering.  ​​
